Tom WaltersI actually met Paul Brown when I was about 8 years old and my dad took my brother and me to watch the Bengals train at Wilmington College. Two things I remember distinctly about that day are how enormous the players seemed, and Paul Brown, surrounded by a bunch of kids, patiently signing autographs and talking to us. He was a great coach and a first class gentleman.

Phyllis Bootie ArganbrightHow sad when I read something nice, in honor of someone, that there always seems to be hateful, ignorant people that just have to make ugly comments. If you can't say something nice, maybe you should practice saying.....nothing at all! There are enough horrible people and things that are going on in this world, it's good to read something nice once in awhile. For your information, being that you obviously didn't personally know Paul Brown nor do you know his son, Mike Brown.......Paul Brown would not turn over in his grave, because he was a Good & Kind Person & Very Proud of his son for many things, and most of all that his son, Mike Brown is also, a Good & Kind Person. It might be a nice change if you work on being a Good & Kind Person.....I'm quite sure you'll feel so much better!

The Cincinnati Bengals and the NFL Foundation teamed up to contribute $150,000 to the La Salle High School athletic department, topping off a fundraising effort that raised $325,000 to install a new synthetic turf field at Lancer Stadium.

The ribbon-cutting ceremony to open the new field took place today!

Rob AndersonSo one of the richest schools gets a donation. How about you throw money at Elder and Moller while you at it. I mean why bother helping schools like Walnut, West High, Aiken, Withrow, Woodward, Taft, and multie others. But no the Bungals want props for donating to easily one of the richest schools in the state in terms of boosters.

Danny VonMatterhornI'm a coach at nch and we literally have to paint our own lines as coaches sometimes. How about donating to schools that need it! Lasalle has an amazing booster program and did not need this money nearly as much as 20 schools in the area.

Tina HarrisWhy doesn't the organization donate to the inner city schools who really have no financing and rely on state provided funds that are falling apart instead of the private schools funded by the parents who can afford to pay for their child's education? Seems a bit unfortunate don't you think?

Michael Joshua Choe1 offensive lineman drafted in the 5th round. 2 lost that had a combined 235 starts for the Bengals. Whitworth was a 3x pro bowler. Their slated replacements have a combined 16 starts. Why did you draft John Ross? Seriously. He's 5'11 188 when he's wet and wearing boots. The guy has already been severely injured in his career. It's going to happen again. If you think you can bulk him up without sacrificing speed, you're just plain flat out dumb.
