Sept. 18, 2005:

Bengals recorded 5 INTs against Vikings QB Daunte Culpepper, 1 of the 4 times they’ve matched that record.

CB Deltha O’Neal recorded three of those INTs, which is a tie for most INTs by a single person in a game.

James MoonThat definitely wasn't the case last Sunday with the Bears. Another NFC North foe, the Vikings, walks among us this Sunday. The last time Cincinnati went to Minnesota was 2008 in a 30-10 losing effort. It was not only when the Vikings had Brett Favre at quarterback, but it was also Adrian Peterson's rookie season at the time.

Anthony J. AproHere’s the most accurate preview. The O will stink, the penalties will be massive, the DB’s will get burned, Kyle Rudolph will catch numerous passes over the middle and the Bengals O and D will stink on 3rd down. Marvin will make no half time adjustments and he will say they have to get better. LOL. Joke of an organization.

Michael PulliamFor the Bengals to be a winning team, the culture must change starting at the top. The winning attitude must be instilled in the organization. It takes a winning attitude like the Patriots have (i.e. last year's Super Bowl win) and like the Steelers have (last few games are a good example) to win in the NFL.

How many Points did Put up in His Last Game Played? 47 minute and not a Point. Poor Marvin Lewis Plays Nlf Ball With A QB Not Fit To Be In The Nlf. Dalton is a Coach Killer. Thomas AllenI hope he mentions how Marvin has changed the idea of a head coach. Positions change and I would rather have the industry follow suit of consolidating positions. The coordinators win games through play calls, the head coach is mom and dad, good cop, hangry cop ( we Do not need bad cop). The players execute and stay healthy. We support the players and expect the head coach and management to make each position a competition

Mark HouckHuh? Are you kidding me? No Bengals should make the Pro Bowl this season. Bengals, Browns, Broncos, Colts, 49ers, Bears, Buccaneers, Giants — all laughingstocks of the NFL. Real bonuses are tied to whether players make the Pro Bowl. NFL/NFLPA should come up with a rule. If a team doesn't win six games, then no player from that team makes the Pro Bowl, unless there's an exceptional player on that team who's directly responsible for getting the wins they got (and that player pretty much has to carry that team).

Kenny GeeI absolutely hate the way the Probowl is set up. AJ Green has had the worst year of his career, very similar to his rookie year, BUT he will somehow be voted in. Fans who say they're fans but response negative to posts and their team's performance aren't really fans at all. I'am a Bengals fan and always will be. you not see me wearing a Steelers, Ravens, Browns, Patriots, because bury deep inside and I will scream out loud, I'am all out the Orange and Black. I bleed Cincinnati and stand by the teams who proudly represent Cincinnati. Bengals, Bearcats, Reds, Commanders, Cyclones, FC Cincinnati, the high school I that I grew up around, and the elementary I carry in my heart. If you don't cheer, bleed, and support the 513 then you're not a fan at all.

Michael GreenReally don't blame Dalton. Brown let entire offensive line leave because he wouldn't pay them. Won't pay for any real running backs...cast offs don't cut it. Keep defensive players who do nothing more than provide penalty yards for the other team...seems we set record for personal fouls. Cannot win with one QB and one WR and two of eleven on defense.

I’ve stuck with them my whole life and will continue; but I can’t stand the fans that when you point out stupidity they say you’re not a fan. I said after the draft this would happen. Honestly I thought it would be worse! You let your two best linemen go on a already bad line and draft “skill” players? I was not a fan though when I pointed this out. Things are different when you’ve been a fan as long as me. You saw and experienced greatness under Paul Brown and you still demand it!!! I don’t except mediocrity. Paul Brown didn’t as well. Because of that I haven’t even seen a game at Paul Brown Stadium. No ambition to go. I will say from 05-08 they were better. Palmer was a good quarterback and treated unfairly. I think Dalton is decent but behind a horrible line......a Palmer....no way. We need another Anderson or Esiason. Of course I watched poor Boomer get killed with no line as well and get driven away.

Meanwhile Pitt, Baltimore, and every other team in the NFL drafts Buckeyes. Kenny ButlerA lack of making the proper adjustments at halftime is a coaching issue. I'm tired of hearing "we need to execute." I see plenty of execution when Cincinnati is ahead in the first half. This team fails to drive the nails into the other team's coffin, like better coached teams do. How many times have we seen the Patriots take a lead in the first half, then slack the second half because Bill, and his staff didn't change things up? Never. They put the hammer down. They beat the horse long after it's died, until the 4th quarter clock reads 00:00. This team doesn't do that. When we're behind in the second half, we don't usually come back to win it. This is purely coaches not making adjustments, not trying to create, or maintain a tempo. I will continue not putting any money towards this team until the ownership, and coaching decide to make the changes necessary to win a playoff game. Simply making the playoffs, as this team has over the last few years, is not enough anymore. Since 2007 I haven't spent a dime on tickets, or merchandise, and I end up finding other things to do on game day, because this product is not worth any fan's time (at the stadium, home, or in bars) and money. As I type this the score is 33-7, Bears up. Things have gotten so bad I've seen Gold Star Chili franchises giving away free chili for their promotion after the Bengals have lost. This team's sponsors are losing money. Cincinnati Bengals football is a product. It's purpose is to generate capital for the organization, and it's sponsors. While premium seats may be selling out, I hear daily from fans who have been selling their season tickets, and won't be renewing. It's only a matter of time before we start having blacked out home games again, and this time there is no Chad Johnson to buy out the remaining tickets. Do what it takes to win games. Earn that capital. Help your sponsors to make money on their team related promotions. Get your fan base back. Get the team's respectability back, if it had any since the 80's. The browns maybe the sure win for the first pick in the draft, but it's the Bengals that are the laughing stock of this league, due to the sheer incompetence I see on display every week.
